Chief Technology Officer

In general, the role of the Chief Technology Officer of a company is still up for discussion.  In OVS the role of the CTO is to guide the use, acquisition or development of any hardware, software or other technological intellectual property that our company uses either to aid our clients, or for internal use.  Further, as an Executive position, the CTO is responsable at a corporate level for the proper budgeting, spending and accounting of the technology financial resources.
